TOUR THE GREENS BOOKING CONDITIONS
Golf Travel Packages are provided by Tour the Greens PTY LTD (ABN 16 616 305 358). By booking a Golf Travel Package with Tour the Greens you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.
Payment Details
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable at the time of making your booking. Final payment is due 90 days prior to the start of the tour. If you purchase within 90 days of departure full payment is due at time of booking. All monies will be held in a travel trust account and is fully insured.
Credit Card Payments:
An additional fee of 2% (Visa and Mastercard) and 3% (American Express) will apply if payments are made by credit card.
Foreign Currency
Tour the Greens accepts payments in AUD or USD. If the tour / holiday is quoted in a foreign currency, Tour the Greens will convert to AUD on the date of booking for the deposit and 14 days in advance on the 90 day full payment deadline. The foreign currency will be converted at the sell rate of the day from the CBA.
Amendments
If you need to make a change to a confirmed booking, we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of $100 per person per amendment plus any charges imposed by our suppliers.
Price Changes
All pricing listed on our website are indicative pricing and is subject to change. All quotes are valid for 7 days, with the exception of flight pricing which can not be guaranteed until full payment is made.
Taxes
All taxes including GST are included in the quoted price.
Passports & Visas
Passports are required for all international travel. International VISAS are required for a large number of destinations including the USA (ESTA waiver). Tour the Greens takes no responsibility if you are refused entry into a country. All passport guidelines and VISA applications are the responsibility of the customer.
Airfares:
All airfares are subject to availability and special conditions apply to the fares used. Any airfare deadline will override the published final payment date and if not paid within the time frame may result in increased charges
Cancellations
Cancellations before 90 days + will forfeit all deposits. Cancellations 60 days to 90 days will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 60 days.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is a mandatory requirement of participation in this tour. We strongly recommend that travel insurance be purchased at the time of booking.
Refunds / Wet Weather
If a golf club is closed and play is not permitted the portion of the golf course fees will be refunded. Tour the Greens will not refund any other monies under any other circumstances.
Limit of Liability:
Details of any holiday / tour may change due to circumstances outside our control. We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Tour the Greens uses a number of trusted third party providers including but not limited to hotels, golf courses and transfers companies. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly, by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
Twin Share Packages
You can nominate the person you would like to share a room with or alternatively Tour the Greens will place you with a suitable partner. If a partner can not be found, you will be liable for the single cost.
Further Information
All hotels are subject to change. If a change is made a hotel or course of similar standard will be substituted. The order of courses we play and tee times are also subject to change pending availability.
Product Validity
Packages displayed are valid from 01 November 2018,except where noted.
Schedule Changes:
We recommend that you contact the airline to confirm your scheduled departure time 24 hours prior to your flight.
Qantas Points:
Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn Qantas Points on bookings that are offered. Qantas Frequent Flyer members must provide Tour the Greens with their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of making the booking.
Qantas Frequent flyer points are eligible to be earned on standard packages. All additional items for example Car Hire are not eligible to earn Qantas frequent flyer points.
Qantas Frequent Flyer membership and the earning of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions available at qantas.com/terms and Qantas Golf Club Terms and Conditions available at qantasgolfclub.com/terms-and-conditions.
Qantas Points will not be earned for any flight bookings made in conjunction with an advertised golf travel package, other than the Qantas Points earned on eligible flights as per the Qantas Frequent Flyer terms and conditions. Some or all Qantas Points that are offered in relation to a golf travel package sold may be forfeited if changes are made to the advertised travel package or the booking is cancelled by the member.
These Tour the Greens Terms and Conditions do not replace or alter the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions or the GOLFPASS Terms and Conditions. However, GOLFNOW LLC shall not be liable for any of the goods and services offered by Tour the Greens on golfpass.com.au and any claims in relation to a golf travel package advertised on golfpass.com.au must be made to Tour the Greens pursuant to these terms and conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between two or more terms and conditions which apply to the purchase of a travel package via golfpass.com.au, those terms and conditions will be interpreted in the following order of priority, the GOLFPASS Terms and conditions, the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions, and then these Booking Conditions.
For the purpose of this section, the following meanings apply to the listed terms: “Qantas Frequent Flyer program” means the loyalty rewards program operated under that name by Qantas Airways Limited ABN 16 009 661 901 (“Qantas”) or a related body corporate of Qantas.
Travel Advice:
We recommend that you contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or visit their website at www.smartraveller.gov.au for general travel advice, as well as specific advice (including safety alert levels) relating to the destination you wish to visit. You can also register your travel plans with DFAT, so that you may be more easily contacted in an emergency.
