Where do you read the replies for these comments? Aren't the replies supposed to be public or are there no responses??
Never thought to use a lower lofted club. I think this will definitely help me as I do exactly what you mentioned and showed when I use a higher one! Thanks so much James.
James.......I just got back from 3 days of golf in Orlando. I did exactly what you said by trying to "help the ball" fly. I like the idea of the lower lofted club and the long slow swing. I think this will help me. Thank you!
How do you compare this technique to the Phil Mich. pitch video? Howard
Great tip. I sometimes use a 9 iron for these shots. Works well for me, but is there a way to get the ball in the air or should the ball stay close to the ground?
Hey, that was a great tip, when you’re through the shot, do you roll your hands to the left a little bit as you’re hitting the ball
Hi
I noticed a little chicken winging of the left arm on the face on view at the end. what are we suppose to be doing with our arms during this pitch shot?
The short game kills my game. Send me as many pitching and chips as possible.
Question: How do I know when you answer my request?
Thank you.
Very useful top.
This is a great tip for a well-manicured fringe. What challenges me is when I have to deal with inch-high grass at ten yards from the green. I am forced to accelerate to at least medium speed through the ball, because if I don't, the grass (especially wet grass) pulls the toe open. In that kind of situation, I attempt a pitch-style lob shot shot with my lob wedge.
Yes, I often skull the ball. Besides attempting a super-putt, what's the alternative swing here?
