Throw for Power

Aimee Cho explains why trying to forcefully hit the ball farther can actually slow down your swing speed. She then demonstrates a drill using two tennis balls that will help you avoid this problem and add speed.

Are you releasing your wrist afer contact?? looks like long lag?? looks like right elbow in, toe up, left arm more out?? thanks
What club are you playing?
Which club are you using at that distance?
What wedge do you recommend for that distance, given the technique described?
Thanks , that helps
More of those ..help
Instead of leaning my shaft forward, why wouldn't i use a lower lofted club and hit it straight on?
When ready to swing forward, are your eyes looking in front of the ball, at the front of the ball or at the back of the ball?
When trying to follow your teaching about compressing the ball with a wedge on full shots, you didn't address club-face angle. Are we "squaring" up or slightly "open" as you come into the ball to increase backspin??
Where may I purchase a band like the one you used in the video.
Thank you! Bill
